Day 1: After a typical French breakfast
Joshua and I embarked on an extensive city sightseeing tour, highlighting the
major attractions in Paris such as Notre Dame, Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysees, Opera, Arc de Triomphe,
la Tour Eiffel and Dome des Invalides. Time for shopping and afternoon hotel check in. That evening we dined in a historical
restaurant with delightful entertainment (aperitif, three-course dinner and
unlimited wine and music). We then took
the opportunity to have a look at
Day 2:
After another fantastic breakfast we checked out and headed for
Versailles, the palace of Louis XIV, center of power and might in the
17th century. Following our return to
Paris, the local guide introduced us to the highlights of the Louvre, the most sublime museum in the world displaying the
magnificent Mona Lisa, Winged Victory, Venus de Milo, Napoleon III´s Apartments, Crown Jewels, and much more than I could
